Presenter Guidelines

Oral Presentatons

Oral presentations are expected to be 15 minutes long
Presenters are given:
- - 2 minutes for setup beforehand
- - 3 minutes for questions afterwards
Total time alloted per oral presentation is 20 minutes
Presenters should prepare a PowerPoint presentation (.ppt/.pptx)
PowerPoint files may either be:
- - Downloaded from the web/email
- - Uploaded from a USB drive
(NOTE: computers run the Windows operating system)

Poster Presentatons

Posters should be prepared in the landscape format:
- - 36" x 48" (height x width)
Only one presenter allowed per poster
All posters will be judged for the poster competition
Poster presenters are expected to have a 5 minute presentation prepared for the purpose of judging

Awards

Awards for poster presentations and oral presentations will be announced following the Plenary talk
Presenters must be present to receive an award and awards will be forfiet if the recipient is absent
